To move sales growth immediately and be able to sustain it long term. This will be created through coaching, mentoring, and accountability to the Associates Dealer and General Manager, support by extremely detailed store specific audit report.
STAFF DEVELOPMENT
To coach and mentor all staff – tire techs, journeymen techs, service advisors, and assistant managers and managers to motivate them individually and on a team basis.
During this staff development we would solicit the staff's thoughts and idea. The staff is then encouraged to move with implementing change where necessary. We will then work at influencing and implementing a buy into the change process.
The soft skill training that we will assist them with will enable them to do a more professional interface with the consumer in a more comfortable and confident way. They will learn how to properly educate the customer, who then will be able to choose a more educated approach to their repair order.
